"The care funds must still provide health insurance any more than the means which are to be regarded as general items used in daily life. For Grants to fund reconstruction work in their own homes, this is not true. Therefore, care funds for the installation of a passenger elevator in the house in favor of a severely handicapped, dependent person, taking into account the income and assets and to the legal limit Award grants if they increase the possibility of the disabled person to leave and return to visit, much easier.
